Import the update CSV in Shopify at Products → Inventory → Import. Shopify checks the preserved “On hand (current)” values against live stock and rejects stale rows.

What this tool checks

Exact SKU match

Only matching SKUs at the location you choose are changed. Case and spaces must match. Duplicate and missing SKUs stay out of the update file.

Shopify's safety fields

Original export columns, variant identifiers and “On hand (current)” stay intact. The tool writes only “On hand (new)”.

No silent guesses

Invalid quantities, ambiguous rows and supplier SKUs missing from Shopify appear in a separate review report. Available-to-sell feeds are not accepted.

Works with Shopify's All states inventory CSV. It does not connect to your store or import changes for you.
